A few design tips:

Polywood’s most popular color is Snow White.
3.5” louvers are most popular, with 4.5” louvers also inquired about.
Use a standard tilt rod for a rustic or more traditional style home, and hidden tilt for more modern homes.
Split tilt and divider rails are popular options that let you close the bottom louvers for privacy while opening the top louvers to let in light.
For frames, the general rule of thumb is if you have casing/trim around your windows, use the Decorative L, Flat L, or Standard L. If you don’t have casing, all frames will work.
If your window has a bottom sill piece—probably made from wood or marble—be sure to click “with Sill” so your shutters are built with the sill frame that would sit on top of your sill piece.
